Shipping & Returns
We use the Royal Mail, UKMail and MyHermes to post out most items, depending on the size, weight and value of the order. Most items will need someone to sign for them.
Please make sure when signing for items that you sign for them as damaged if that is how they have arrived. Please let us know about any damaged items as soon as possible – damaged packages must be reported within 24 hours, and all other items must be returned within 14 days. We offer a no-quibble return policy on all unwanted items returned to us within 14 days, but expect the items to have been handles with care and consideration and to have any packaging undamaged and unsoiled. Where items have been bought as gifts we will extend the return deadline to 28 days. In all cases, all contents of a delivery must be returned in order to receive a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. Compensation is offered by way of the buyers preference – refund or exchange, but will only extend to the value of the goods and we will not cover any subsequent or consequential losses beyond the value of the goods. All goods remain the property of Flack Tackle Ltd until they have been paid for in full. Buyer is responsible for return costs for shipping. We recommend you pack items well and return via a form of recorded post for your own protection to ensure no further damage or losses. If any of this is unclear please do contact us, we don’t bite!
Refunds will be made back to the payment method used where possible within 3 working days of safe return of goods.
